Enter your work email. We'll send a link that signs you in. No password to remember or reset.
Check your inbox. If that address belongs to one of our accounts, a sign-in link is on its way. It expires in 15 minutes. Nothing arrives if the address isn't on an account.
Demo only, no email was sent. On the live build this is where a real sign-in link would land in your inbox, valid for 15 minutes.
Prototype: no email is sent. Try anyone@morganpike.com or paralegal@riversideinjury.com to see domain matching, then hit the simulate button.

Combined call scorecard
The weakest criterion here is the sentence to change in the AI's instructions. Publish a rubric change and the trend below shows whether it worked.

Each graded call, oldest to newest. A prompt change should show up as a step.

Account & access
Who this account is, and who gets in
Account
The whole setup is two required fields
Anyone with an email at these domains can request a sign-in link and land straight in this account. No invite needed.
These two drive the "after-hours calls caught" number and the hour-of-day chart. Change them and the Overview updates.
Who can see this account
Magic link only, no passwords
Who can access setup
Named people who may edit this account
Anyone at the account's domains already gets a read-only dashboard automatically. This list is only for the elevated setup access,
and it is the right place for an outside consultant. Nothing here expires on its own, so it is worth a look every few months.
Call ingest
How calls arrive and what the fields mean
Webhook endpoint
Sent as an x-webhook-secret header. Point your voice platform here.
How payloads and mapping changes behave
Every payload is stored raw, which is the audit record of what the platform actually sent. It is not a time machine: a field mapping
applies to calls from now on. Calls already in the database keep the values they were given when they arrived.
Sample payload
Paste one real post-call webhook from this account
Heads up: some values arrive as the literal string "null" instead of real JSON null. The parser treats "null", "", and "N/A" as empty so they never show up as text on the dashboard.

AI QA & grading
Everything that decides how this account's AI calls get scored
AI QA
Grade this account's own AI calls against a rubric
How agent mapping works
Each agent answers on its own number, and that number decides which
rubric grades the call. Matched on the last ten digits, so formatting does not matter.
Leave this empty if the account runs a single AI — then every AI call is graded against an
AI receptionist rubric.
How this dial is priced
Every graded call costs model tokens, so this is the dial for a high-volume
account. 100 grades everything. 0 keeps the tab and its history but stops grading anything new.
Super admin only, because it is priced.
Grading rubric
What every call at this account is scored against—
People QA
Recordings of human employees, graded against a rubric
People QA
Score recordings of human employees against a rubric
Off by default. Turn it on to accept recordings of human calls for this account. Nothing is graded until a rubric is active,
and turning it back off stops the ingest endpoint accepting anything.
Sends a dry run to the transcription service: it checks the secret and the payload, then stops. Nothing is queued, downloaded or transcribed, and no call is created.
